About the Trip

Join COCA as we take a trip to New York City for a weekend filled with exciting arts opportunities, including a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to watch COCA’s future Co-Artistic Directors of Dance Antonio and Kirven Douthit-Boyd take their final bows in NYC with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.

Plans for the weekend include watching a current COCA student, Elizabeth Teeter, take the stage with Helen Mirren in ‘The Audience’ on Broadway, and an exclusive celebration and After-Party with Antonio and Kirven following their Ailey performance on Sunday night.

Other plans include a Sunday brunch with COCA alums and exclusive visits to several arts organizations in the city.
